-Born on the wrong side of the law, he knows the other side and swore to fight against such crime. He would throw his own mother in jail if she broke the law. Very stoic and straight forward with a glare that can cripple. He is used to being obeyed. If you wrong him or break the law he will not pity you for anything or ever stop hunting you.
(His character will develop and grow as Javert did, but does the bridge predict something or will I stray from being cannon? duh duh duh....)
Jean Valjean: Shinx (shiny)
-Born to a family in the country but even he can't remember them. Has been on the run for a while for petty crime and has ended up in Tao. Was forced into a team with Javert and he is VERY uneasy with his partner since he fears the perceptive sleuth is onto him.
